Longterm Care Assistance
If a family lives out of town or not and wants a nurse to represent them in Care Conferences and keep a check on the loved one Help’s Right Here will assist with Geriatric Care Mgmt.
Transportation
- Wheelchair vans available
- Transportation to appointments (doctor, lab, x-ray physical therapy, church or social events)
